Is this picture moving or not? These are drawings of snakes compressed together to form an optical illusion. When you look closely to this picture, you will notice that the picture was moving, but if you focus on one circle you will also notice that, that circle was not moving, though while you are focus on one circle, that other circles that surrounds it were moving, but if you focus your eyes to another circle it will not move. Hard to explain, but if you look at the picture you will understand why. cool isn't it.
